“I really enjoyed the session and appreciated the opportunity to reflect on myself in a ‘judgement free’ environment. It was a good opportunity to reflect on the school, and myself, with like-minded professionals as well as take the time to personally consider my position within the school.
It was also a nice reminder of the role we have in schools and an opportunity to stop and think – in what can be at times an all-consuming role.
