Unit 6 - The power of a nudge
In this session participants will:
Identify issues which persist in their setting despite the expense of time, effort and money to eliminate them
Be introduced to the concepts of ‘nudge theory’ and ‘System 1 and 2 thinking’
Review practical examples of how nudge theory could be used to change student behaviour in predictable and beneficial ways
Begin to apply nudge theory to the real issues their schools face and start to formulate strategies for school improvement
